Terms of service:
I. General Disclaimers:
I, as the artist, reserve the rights to refuse/cancel a commission piece at any time.
As the artist I maintain the rights to all commissioned pieces.
Credit needs to be given if the artwork is to be reposted/shared anywhere.
II. Payment Disclaimers:
All payment is to be done through paypal, in USD.
The full payment is upfront and the commission will not be started until paid.
NO rush dates! (as of right now)
III. Artwork Disclaimers:
Commissions are for personal use only
Every commission includes a sketch update and flat-colour update.
Updates to the commission after flat-colour is confirmed, will result in a small fee.
Reference sheets/photos/collages are encouraged.
I. Cancellation/Refund Disclaimers:
NO refunds after work is completed
Cancellations anytime throughout the commission phase, will result in a partial refund which I deem fit for the amount of work I have completed at the point of cancellation.
